This was the best meal of the whole trip. Adam, our server/ sommelier was delightful and incredibly knowledgeable, the whole staff was entirely on point. Fantastic selection of wines, with some really interesting variety on the by the glass menu. This is a great place if you’re interested in wine and food pairings. We were recommended to order about six plates for the two of us, and I think we did seven or eight (if you count the bread as a course). The oysters were phenomenal and completely different from what I’m used to back home (I’m from the Northeast in the US). Every bite was delicious and came with an explanation and a geography lesson. Super local menu, above and beyond service, and the most exciting by the glass menu I have ever encountered. I serve tables in Manhattan, so this was an educational experience and one I will carry with me. True spirit of hospitality drives every aspect of this place, and it’s very clear they are dedicated to the development of their staff.

Tasty food
Found this spectacular wine by accident and can’t stop thinking about it!!
Always hard to find places for picky eaters but every single dish was a 15/10. All balanced flawlessly and executed to perfection. Loved they the chefs were so nonchalant and chilled but kept serving up banger after banger.
Every dish we ordered was a highlight and kept getting better and better.
Also loved the non alcohol options. Served was warm and friendly and our waiter was so knowledgeable. Can’t wait to do back.
I have done a lot of restaurant reviews over the years, but this may well be the best restaurant on the Island of Ireland.
Oh my days!!!
I ordered the menu and was not disappointed. Roughly €300 including a great Bordeaux. I cannot describe how tasty everything was, and they delivered the greatest roast potatoes as a dish.
An absolute gem, I will return.
